A new 48,000 square foot facility was recently constructed in Delafield, Wisconsin. The new facility will provide the environment needed to support our customers and maintain our existence considering the changing dynamics of the global manufacturing landscape. The new facility reflects Tanis Incorporated’s promise to continually improve processes and efficiencies so we can continue to provide high quality products and services our customer’s deserve. A second manufacturing production facility of 16,000 feet is located adjacent to the new facility.

Tanis is an innovative brush manufacturer, on the cutting edge of technology in the manufacture of twisted-in-wire, cylinder, metal back strip, stapled set, hand drawn and epoxy set ferrule brushes. Custom, quality, and cost-effective brush constructions are engineered and designed for original equipment manufacturing, industrial, production and maintenance applications.

There are several brush constructions available for immediate shipment. Stock brushes are readily available to meet any standard application, but Tanis Incorporated is also a brush manufacturer which specializes in custom manufactured industrial brushes to meet the most unique applications. Secondary assembly, short production quantities on semiautomatic machines or high volume production on highly automated state-of-the-are equipment, and prototype design and manufacturing services are offered. Additional services offered include bar coding, labeling and electronic ordering if required.
